Return Policy

Please be aware that Motherlove does not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives in our products. Check the underside of the bottle or jar for an expiration date.

For Overstock or Slow Moving Products

We will issue credit of original purchase price if all of the following criteria are met: products must be unopened, unaltered, undamaged, and in good condition, with a minimum of 1 year expiration date remaining on body care products and 2 years remaining on supplements. Credit may be used toward future orders. No cash refunds. Products not meeting these criteria are not eligible for credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Consumer Returns

We ask that you honor all consumer returns. When requesting credit on consumer returns, please provide us with the item returned, reason for return (if known), and lot number and expiration date. For any product damaged in shipping, please let us know right away. We will issue credit that can be used on future orders within one year. On occasion, we may request that product be returned for inspection and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once you have received confirmation of your request for credit, please discard product.
