Once your order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation. The order will be processed and shipped the following business day and tracking information will be emailed to you. Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the order was placed. All shipping times are estimates and delivery time is not guaranteed.

APO / FPO these packages are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, which normally takes 10-15 days to most locations. Remote locations can take as long as 30 days to receive packages.

International shipping charges do not include customs fees, duties or taxes. All applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information please consult your local customs office. Motherlove will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees that may occur at the time of delivery. All international sales are final.

Motherlove has a money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with a product you may ship it back to us for a full product refund. Motherlove will only refund the cost of the product, not any shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Motherlove will only refund products purchased directly from motherlove.com. All other Motherlove products must be returned to place of purchase for a refund.
