The following are included in our terms and conditions of purchasing Motherlove (“Company”) products. By submitting this application, you agree to operate within these terms. If found to be in violation of any of the following conditions, Motherlove reserves the right to terminate sales and future business relationship.
1. Wholesale Customer agrees not to resell Company’s products to any retail establishment other than those described in the Motherlove Retailer Application document.
2. Wholesale Customer agrees to only facilitate sales directly to end consumers and not distribute to a third party.
3. Wholesale Customer agrees not to sell on any other URLs, or under any other names than those listed in the Motherlove Retailer Application document.
4. If Wholesale Customer wishes to sell on additional URLs or in other brick & mortar locations, Wholesale Customer must first request and receive permission from Company.
5. Wholesale Customer agrees not to sell Company’s products on any website the Wholesale customer does not directly own. For further clarification: Wholesale Customer will not sell on any third-party website worldwide including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Jet.com, eBay.com, Sears.com, Walmart.com, and/or any other sites where the domain is not owned and operated by the Wholesale Customer.
6. Wholesale Customer agrees to not sell Company’s products outside of the US.
7. Wholesale Customer has reviewed and agrees to comply with Company’s return policy.
8. Wholesale Customer has reviewed and agrees to comply with minimum advertised price (MAP) policy. I hereby verify that the above information is correct and complete.
